The College of Dentistry recognizes the growing demands of the dental profession. As such, it aims to produce dentists who are equipped with well-rounded theoretical foundation and skills, competence and compassionate commitment to serve the community and its people regardless of their ethnic group, social status, political affiliation or religious beliefs.
The College of Dentistry course was one of the programs opened by Dr. Reinaldo C. Bautista when he assumed the University Leadership as third President of the University of Baguio in June, 1980.
The College gained its official government recognition in 1986 as per DECS Recognition No. 056, s. 1986.
The College was granted Level II Accreditation on May 18, 1995 by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities, Commission on Accreditation (PACU-COA). It was granted Level II Re- Accreditation on September 1997. The Leadership History of the College of Dentistry is as follows:
