FINES

       Materials not returned on the prescribed period of time are fined according to the following charges:

       * Overnight books
               
               PhP 5.00 / book/ hour after due date
               PhP 30.00 / book/ day after due date

       * “ROOM USE ONLY” books taken out of the library
               
               PhP 10.00 / book/ hour after due date
               PhP 60.00 / book / day after due date

       * Outside researchers are given free access to the library however institutions who require a specified fee in the use of their library are charged PhP 50.00 for the use of the University of Baguio Library

       * Sundays and holidays are not included in the computation of these
fi nes.

       These fines are subject to change with the discretion of the librarian and with the approval of the university administration.
