Access to Policy

UB-MIS Department Policies and Procedures shall be made available on the UB website. http://www.ubaguio.edu. Printed copies of these policies and procedures will be distributed to each employee. All newly hired employees will receive a copy as part of the hiring orientation. Additional printed copies shall also be available through the Human Resources and Management Center (HRMC) and MIS Department.

All employees must sign the UB - Management Information Systems Policies and Procedures Manual and Non-Student Network Access Permission & Internet Safety Contract. A copy of the signed agreement will be placed in the employee’s personnel file. This some policies with regards to student will be integrated to the Student Handbook.
