MIS Department Technical Support Operation

The MIS Department serves as the focal point for technology service and information for all departments /colleges and the university is currently piloting it MIS TICKETING SYSTEM a web software, http://ticketing.ub.lan  and by calling the MIS Technical Support who will route the call to the concerned staff of the particular section where problems exist.  Presently, MIS staff is available from the hours of 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Emergency calls are routed as quickly as possible to the appropriate staff within MIS.
