The UB Dentistry participants won all three major awards at the competition.
Three groups of Dentistry students from the University of Baguio (UB) brought home the first, second and third place awards during the Oral Health Video Ad Contest sponsored by the Department of Health-Center for Health Development-Cordillera Administrative Region (DOH-CHD-CAR) as part of the National Oral Health Month Culminating Activity and World Health Day.

Meanwhile, the second place winner was about “momma” or betel nut chewing. It was produced by Abigail De Jesus and Roxanne Lynn Laza.
Another UB entry, a campaign against the use of do-it-yourself braces by Geeric Dean Bagano, Shaira Cabalonga, Christine Dianne Mae Calawagan, Maria Magnolia Gamay, Lara Linggon, and Pearl Nathalie Mabanta, won third place.
