The edible spoon
Yearly, students enrolled under the subject Entrepreneurial Management in the University of Baguio (UB) School of Business Administration and Accountancy present their products and services in an expo activity. The objective is to immerse the students in the processes involved in building a business, developing in them the vital skills needed in becoming an entrepreneur.
Last April 2, an expo activity was held at the UB Centennial Hall. The expo featured some unique and innovative products developed by the students. Among the featured products is the edible spoon, which was made from flour. Simply put, it is a type of bread designed like a spoon.
Different promotional schemes were employed by the student entrepreneurs to attract buyers, who were mainly UB students.
