The University of Baguio (UB) Supreme Student Council (SSC) put up a pop-up booth in front of the UB-RCB Building featuring roses, balloons and sweets in observance of Valentine’s Day last. Feb. 14.

With over 15 dozens of balloons sold, along with flowers and other treats, proceeds of the sale will benefit the Regional Rehabilitation Center for the Youth in Sablan, Benguet. An outreach will be facilitated by the SSC at the Center in March.

Already on its second year, the activity was first launched in 2017 by Miss UB 2017 Kali Yantrel Martin. The project’s previous beneficiaries were the pupils of Longlong Elementary School. Martin is the current minister of outreach of the SSC.
