The University of Baguio (UB) has unveiled simulation areas at the School of International Hospitality and Tourism Management in a blessing ceremony last Jan 4.
The areas include a front office space and a demonstration room. Aimed at creating a more representational model of the real workplace, the said areas will be used for the front office and tourguiding classes of the University's tourism students.
The ceremony was graced by Dr. Esmeralda Gatchallan, UB’s vice president for institutional and external affairs, and Dr. Janice Kaylyn Lonogan, UB’s vice president for academic affairs. Atty. Rommel Ayson, UB’s vice president for administration, was also in attendance.
