The University of Baguio (UB) has formally inked an agreement with Zip Travel Philippines and Vision International Philippines for the University’s U.S.A. Exchange Visitor Program.
The program covers the U.S.A. internship program for UB students enrolled in, among others, hotel and restaurant management, tourism, and business administration. In the memorandum signed between UB and the two agencies, the latter will sponsor specifically selected and qualified students from UB who will participate in the program, providing cultural exposure and industry training for the students. Specifically, the two agencies will assign a training supervisor for all the phases of the immersion including the evaluation of the trainees’ performance.
Zip Travel Philippines is the authorized representative in the Philippines of the US-based International Educational Exchange, Inc., Global Educational Concepts, and Spirit Cultural Exchange and Alliance Abroad Group.
Meanwhile, UB has also collaborated with Zip Travel Philippines and Vision International Philippines for a series of outreach activities set to be carried out starting February next year.
