The university is constantly challenged to improve the quality of its facilities to meet the required standards of the different accreditors and to ensure the stakeholders’ patronage. This action research was conducted to determine the satisfaction of parents and pupils on UBLES’ facilities. The grades five and six pupils and parents of the University of Baguio Laboratory Elementary School were the participants of the study. A survey questionnaire was constructed by the researchers and reviewed by the Research and Development Center. The survey was designed to determine the satisfaction of parents and pupils on the academic space, laboratory, library, medical, sports, and classroom facilities of the school. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to compute the mean, standard deviation, and t-test to test the hypotheses at 0.05 level of significance. The parents and pupils are satisfied with the school facilities. Based on the levels of satisfaction of the parents and students, it was concluded that the school has excellent and competitive facilities supportive of the school’s educational system. There were significant differences in the levels of satisfaction with the classrooms, academic space, library, and the medical and sports facilities due to the higher satisfaction mean of the pupils as first-hand users of the facilities and the ones who maximize the use of the facilities compared to the satisfaction of the parents who are indirect users of the said facilities.
